One BA Managing Director, Chris Moloney, has over 20 years’ experience providing consulting advice on business and technology change and transformation in a broad range of industries across both the private and public sector.

Particular strengths include being able to quickly build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, strong analytical thinking and ability to solve difficult business problems. Chris has a strong focus on driving outcomes and delivering business benefits.

Chris has a background consulting at EY, KPMG and PwC before moving on to manage tech startups, and then starting One BA as an independent business and technology consultant.
